Naughty Dog's much-anticipated survival horror title, “The Last of Us,” is scheduled to be released on May 7, 2013. Although this title still has a few months to go before it is released, Sony has announced an opportunity for fans of this title to get their hands on a demo for it prior to the game's official release date.
As described through the PlayStation Blog yesterday, gamers that pick up a copy of “God of War: Ascension” will be granted the ability to access a demo for “The Last of Us,” which will become available at a later date.
It has been stated that the demo of “The Last of Us” will be accessible from the main menu of the disc for “God of War: Ascension.” But, it is to be noted that the demo for “The Last of Us” will not be available once “God of War: Ascension” initially launches. Currently, we do not have a date for when this demo will become accessible through this title. It is also unknown if this demo will become available to all PS3 owners through the PS Store at a later date.
Fans can take a look at a few screenshots from “The Last of Us” in the slide-show above this article.
