The lack of money is the root of all evil

The American Dream is fading for many Americans according to the latest data from the US Census Bureau.

The poverty rate in the United States climbed to 15.1 percent last year as the number of impoverished Americans swelled to a record 46.2 millon according to the report.

In addition, the Census Bureau said median income fell 2.3 percent from 2009 to 2010, so it seems that we are headed the wrong way.

As Mark Twain said, "The lack of money is the root of all evil" and the current economic climate seems evil to me.
