The Kills to perform at Paradise Rock Club July 8

The Kills, Jamie Hince and Alison Mosshart, a seductive alternative rock duo from London, will perform at Paradise Rock Club on Tuesday July 8 at 7 p.m. It's the perfect excuse to get out of the humid and hot air and at least sweat indoors to some rock and roll with friends.

"Blood Pressure" is The Kills' fourth album and is quite different than their earlier material. The Kills' latest record has captured the attention of a different generation and was helped with their song “Future Starts Slow” being featured on the hit show “The Vampire Diaries” airing on the CW. The Kills' show at Paradise Rock Club will be one of the few times to see them live headlining as they will play a more supporting role this summer and early fall.

Recently they have been on tour with Jack White and Queens of the Stone Age and it's not unrealistic to think after The Kills finish writing and recording their fifth album they won't go on another headlining tour.

Fans have been anxiously awaiting a new release and now, three years later, The Kills have announced they are working on writing and recording their fifth studio album. They will treat fans to hits off of "Blood Pressure" and some old favorites.

The band also recently released a full live concert film from one of their sold out shows at the prestigious L’Olympia Theatre in Paris. The Kills' also tease fans with a clip from the full length for the song “Tape Song”.
