On Thursday, Denver residents flocked to a dusty dirt lot at 29th Avenue and Huron Street to partake in a unique Halloween bash and celebration of local street food. The event was put together by the Justice League of Street Food - a group of local food trucks and carts with a self-proclaimed mission to save Denver, one mobile meal at a time.

In addition to a variety of delicious offerings from Little Orange Rocket, The Inventing Room, Sully's Slice Truck, The Cupcake Truck, Biker Jim's, Steuben's, The Biscuit Bus, Pinche Tacos, Steamin' Demon and The Gastro Cart, the block party featured two bars serving whiskey by Leopold Bros and beer by Great Divide Brewing Co.

DJ Bobby C spinned some Halloween-themed music, and later Ukelele Loki's Gadabout Orchestra entertained the crowd with a special live performance, followed by a Halloween costume contest.
