The Johnny Cash Museum is set to host a special celebration

The Johnny Cash Museum is the place to be to take part in the inaugural Johnny Cash Birthday Celebration. The Boot announced the celebration information on Jan. 20, 2014. The museum will hold the celebration for the first time during a three day event that will include performances and appearances from Cash family members.

Museum founder Bill Miller said “We are thrilled to bring back the Johnny Cash Birthday Celebration and even more so to bring it to Nashville for the first time” adding “We have a long tradition of bringing Johnny's fans together with his family, friends and peers in an intimate celebration of his life.”

John Carter Cash, Joanne Cash, Tommy Cash, W.S. Holland, Joe Cash, Johnny Western and David Roe are scheduled to take part in the celebration which will be taking place Feb. 28, 2014 through March 2, 2014.

A ticket to the three day celebration includes access to unlimited museum admission, admittance to all events, performances and music making this visit to the Johnny Cash Museum extra special.

Former Vice President Al Gore said “I’ve seen a lot of museums around the world. A world class collection of items that tells the story of Cash’s life. I was blown away by how well it is put together. It’s first class and you will see, you can mark my words, this will become one of the major tourist attractions for Nashville” following his visit to the museum.
