The Job: A new and refreshing reality show

In a time when jobs are few and far in between, there comes a show which more than just offering a new spin to reality television, most importantly it gives hope and has many redeeming qualities that anyone who has ever been unemployed can understand.

Top executives from a major company interview five candidates for a position, they are tested on the actual job they will be performing if hired and also questioned on the history and background of the company for which they are applying. Also, they are questioned on their personality, background, honesty, ethics and what makes them the individual that they are and what qualities will they bring for the company’s success.

In the background are three smaller companies who nevertheless, work in the same industry and these executives have the power to offer one of the candidates a position in their own company, so this person must decide whether to go with the new offer, or risk it all and go for the major one that they are applying for. Tonight, Diandra received an offer from Archetypeme, but she refused and stuck to her guns and go for the gold and that meant a position with Cosmopolitan, and at the end of the night she got the job she had originally sought.
