The insatiable thirst for Belgianfest

Tickets are now on sale for the 4th Annual Belgianfest put on by the Washington Beer Commission. Taps will start to flow with Belgian-style beer on Saturday, February 2 at the Bell Harbor International Conference Center (Pier 66) in Seattle.

Over the years the Belgianfest has gained in popularity with beer lovers to the point where the event quickly outgrew its original home. So last year, the Commission moved this craft brew celebration to the waterfront and now you can have a little more elbow room as you tip back your Tripel, Dubble or Saison.

As in years past, the Belgian fest draws upon more than 60 crafted brews that are brewed in Belgian yeast by more than 30 breweries across Washington State (see the full list of breweries here).

Tickets are $35 in advance and include a commemorative tasting glass along with ten 4 oz. tastes. You can bring your own pretzels to snack on in between tastes or look for Dante’s Inferno Dogs or Sweet Iron Waffles who will be set up and selling food on site.

You can purchase advance tickets for one of the two two tasting sessions that take place during the fest at Brown Paper Tickets.
