'The Hunger Games' movie soundtrack album cover revealed

Lionsgate has unveiled the cover art for The Hunger Games movie soundtrack, "Songs from District 12 and Beyond."

The album is actually considered a companion album to The Hunger Games movie, and features the single "Safe and Sound" by Taylor Swift and The Civil Wars, in addition to other tracks by the Decemberists, Arcade Fire, Miranda Lambert, Secret Sisters, and more. Singer Neko Case also says she is working on a song for the album.

"Songs from District 12 and Beyond" will be released March 20th, just a few days before The Hunger Games movie hits theaters.

On the official Hunger Games movie Facebook page, Lionsgate invites fans to share information about the album to help reveal a new song from the soundtrack.

In addition to this album, Universal Republic will also be releasing The Hunger Games score, co-composed by T. Bone Burnett and James Newton Howard.
