'The Hunger Games' gift cards & other merchandise available from Barnes & Noble

Barnes and Noble is offering new gift cards featuring The Hunger Games, as part of a larger marketing push for the book series ahead of the upcoming movie adaptation. They can be purchased as both physical gift cards or as e-gift cards.

An email sent to subscribers Thursday included an on-going offer of a free download of a Hunger Games book with the purchase of a Nook e-reader.

The email also includes information about various Hunger Games books for purchase -- including new movie companions and boxed sets -- as well as new merchandise, including a journal, coffee mugs, and games.
