Fans of “The Hunger Games: Catching Fire” movie are in for a surprise this week, as The Hollywood Hills revealed this Saturday, Jan. 26, that sources have reported the “Catching Fire” film team will be regrouping in Ringwood State Park, NJ, sometime before the end of Jan. 2013 to shoot some more scenery clips and landscape photos. It remains unknown if any cast members will be back this month, though “The Hunger Games” sequel crew has been confirmed on site.
While Jennifer Lawrence revealed in a recent interview that some additional cast filming for the hotly anticipated “Catching Fire” movie would take place in March 2013, it seems some preliminary shots beforehand will need to take place. According to sources from On Locations, the film crew will be shooting background scenes in Ringwood State Park, NJ, later this week.
Two days have been given to GGX Productions (the official film team of “The Hunger Games: Catching Fire”) before the end of Jan., while reports add that some trailers and video trucks are already in the state park parking lots in Oakland! It’s very likely that we “Catching Fire” fans may see some new photos before long, so keep your eyes peeled and your bow ready!
