Things are starting to kick off for promotions of The Host, now that the film is just a few short weeks away from hitting theaters, and the cast and filmmakers have a few big plans in store for the occasion.
For starters, the Official Host Facebook page has announced that Stephenie Meyer (author and producer of The Host) and the stars of the film will participate in a live video chat via the Official Host YouTube page on Thursday, Feb. 14. at 2:00 p.m. EST. Fansite The Host Movie News is offering a seat for the actual event itself via contest here. Twitterers can participate by using the hashtag #TheHostLive.
Additionally, Meyer, Max Irons and Jake Abel will appear in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on Friday, Feb. 22 at the Free Library's Central Branch for a signing event. More details on that upcoming event can be found here.
The Host hits theaters on March 29, 2013.
