On Thursday, March 21, 2013 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at The Allan House located in downtown Austin, the HSC annual fundraiser is celebrating their nine years of success with the honor of your presence. An evening out for a wonderful cause is what makes our city so unique.
While HSC initially was focused on being a scholarship organization, it has also become the support structure of the students. The multitude of services offered to the scholars is a commitment to excellence and HSC is determined to increase their services to more Hispanic students throughout Texas.
By showing your support, you will “be the reason” that HSC can reach their goals. Being focused on raising $100,000 in scholarship matching funds before July of this year, HSC will be able to help another 20 new Scholars which will enable HSC to reach 100 total supported students next year. This signature event celebrates supporters of HSC as you get the opportunity to meet the talented Scholars, the Board and Advisory Council and amazing advocates and leaders throughout the community and beyond.
As Richard Amador, Director of Development for HSC says, "As people come together to celebrate our Scholars, YOU ARE THE REASON our scholars have hope. BE THE REASON our Scholars will graduate with experience, confidence and determination; together we are the reason our lives will be in the right hands-the hands of well developed leaders."
Get involved and make a difference for the Scholars and help give them the well deserved hope for a better tomorrow.
For an amazing cause, celebrate in style with HSC on March 21st. There will be raffle packages, a silent auction, signature drinks and delectable delights. Eat, drink and be merry as you become a part of the reason HSC reaches its goals for many years to come. HSC looks forward to the pleasure of your company as they all help create future generations lead our country with positive impact and promises of a future we all want for our children, our children’s children and ourselves.
The Allan House is located at -1104 San Antonio Street Austin, TX.
