If you're looking for an awesome night out, that doesn't cost a ton, and even benefits your local community - then I have a great event for you to check out. The Heart Beat is a benefit concert tonight at The Sports Center, featuring three rock bands, two of them from right here in Yakima. with all proceeds going to The American Heart Association.

- How much: $5.00 suggested donation at the door. All proceeds go to The American Heart Association.
- Who is playing: Three great bands: Desert Valley Stranglehold, Zero Theory, and Vial 8.
If you've ever seen any of these bands live before, you know they all put on a great show! The $5 donation at the door isn't mandatory, but it's an super affordable price for three live bands, an awesome atmosphere, and a rockin' good time. And remember - all of the proceeds from those donations go to The American Heart Association too.
