Classic rock group The Guess Who will co-headline with Blood, Sweat, and Tears at the Washington County Fair this Saturday, July 26th at 5pm. The fair was scrambling to find a replacement headliner after blues rock group ZZ Top cancelled their tour stop on Monday after bassist Dusty Hill required surgery for kidney stones.

The Guess Who is best known for their top-40 hits "American Woman", "No Sugar Tonight", and "No Time". The group had a successful run in the 1960's and 1970's with five gold and three platinum records. The band regularly tours and consists of original members Jim Kale and Garry Peterson.

Grammy award winning group Blood, Sweat, and Tears is known for their live performances and unique blend of jazz, blues, classical, and folk music. Songs like "Spinning Wheel", "You've Made Me So Very Happy", and "And When I Die", helped the group win a Grammy for Album of the Year with their self-titled record beating out The Beatles "Abbey Road".

"We are thrilled to announce this show," said Sandy Lang, Executive Director/Fair Manager for the Washington County Fair Park & Conference Center. "Each year we work to present a diverse entertainment lineup that represents a variety of musical styles. With these additions, we hope that everyone who had planned on coming to the show on Saturday joins us for a night of fantastic songs and energy."

The Washington County Fair has resumed ticket sales for Saturday evenings show. ZZ Top Reserved VIP and General VIP ticket holders can use their tickets for this show. Additionally, each ZZ Top Reserved VIP or General VIP ticket holder that attends the show with their current ticket will receive two complimentary beverage vouchers in appreciation for their patience and understanding. These beverage vouchers may only be redeemed the evening of July 26, 2014 at the VIP beverage stand. ZZ Top VIP ticket holders that would like a refund will be able to find instructions at wcfairpark.com after the 2014 Fair has ended.

The Washington County Fair, held at Washington County Fair Park in West Bend, kicked off today and will run through Sunday. Other headliners at this year's fair include ACM New Artist of the Year winner Justin Moore on Thursday, and country duo Big & Rich with Cowboy Troy on Friday.
