The Grove Bar & Grill

Dennis Petty is the owner of The Grove Bar & Grill in Gilbert, Arizona and he has recently noticed that for the past three months, supplies are starting to go missing, such as to-go containers and produce. He's having to order these items earlier than normal.

Charles Styles and his team arrive and the focus is on Chef David, as he is the only employee who has access to all of the missing food and supplies.

Sarah is an undercover customer.

David also goes undercover.

The first key to the mystery is that Styles has located a catering menu on the web, which automatically links Chef David to the misappropriated items.

Upon beginning the sting, Chef David has received a phone call on his cell phone and clearly, he is taking an order. Why would he take an order on a personal phone?

Next, the fine chef drops a pizza dough on the floor, picks it up and resumes preparation. Gross!

Sarah is now at the grill to pick up their sting order. David gives Sarah a card for his personal catering biz. Nice way to usurp on The Grove, buddy!

Sarah is next instructed to request samples of David and she does.

He's also setting his grill customers aside to promote his own agendas. Some of those customers leave as they have no desire to sit for an hour to wait on food that has never come.

Chef David weekly defends himself and is fired.

Four months later, there are no traces of his catering biz.
