This Saturday, the Minnesota Partnership for Animal Welfare will be hosting their second annual animal adoption event, The Great Minnesota Pet Together, at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds. The free event is being presented by PetSmart Charities and will have hundreds of animals available for adoption from over twenty-five local animal organizations.
The Minnesota Partnership for Animal Welfare is a local coalition working to decrease the number of adoptable animals euthanized every year as a means of population control. MnPAW provides spay/neuter events, education and adoption events in an effort to reduce the number of adoptable animals entering shelters. Help MnPAW with their cause this weekend by visiting the Great Minnesota Pet Together and adopting a loveable furry friend.
