On Thursday, January 2 Comingsoon.net posted a new clip from the upcoming film "The Grand Budapest Hotel," which introduces one of the main characters named Zero Moustafa. The film, which was directed by Wed Anderson, will be released in theaters on March 7, 2014.
The film follows a concierge named Gustave H (Ralph Fiennes) at a famous European hotel and the lobby boy Zero Moustafa (Tony Revolori) who befriends him. Together the duo must deal with a high profile burglary of a well known painting and a family fortune battle during a time of war and great change. The clip features the first time Gustave and Zero meet outside the hotel.
The clip is nearly one and half minutes long and is basically Gustave identifying Zero's abilities as a lobby boy. Zero introduces himself outside the hotel and Gustave doesn't believe he is the new lobby boy, so he asks Mr. Mosier, who actually hired Zero. Then Gustave decides to interview Zero and learns that like his name, he has zero experience, zero schooling and zero family. The interview takes place while the two men walk through the hotel and eventually enter the elevator, when Zero has gotten the job. The background and foreground of the clip includes many hotel employees doing their jobs and revealing the importance of Gustave's approval.
The film also stars Adrien Brody, Jeff Goldblum, Bill Murray, Saoirse Ronan, Willem Dafoe, Jason Schwartzman, Owen Wilson, Jude Law and Tilda Swinton. The comedy film is rated R and will be released in limited cities across the country. Check out the official website for more information.
