The Granary will host collaborative dinner with guest chef Scott Anderson

Chef Tim Rattray of The Granary recently announced the fourth installment of the Guest Chef Collaborative Dinners. This collaborative dinner will be on Monday May 19, 2014 and will feature the two time James Beard Foundation nominee Scott Anderson of elements Restaurant in Princeton, New Jersey.

The purpose of these collaborations is to bringing the culinary community together. The Scott Anderson Collaborative Dinner will consist of a 7 course prix fixe menu for $90 per guest plus tax and tip. Reservations are required and limited and can be made on the Open Table widget online for seatings at 6:15p.m. and 9p.m.

Scott Anderson is chef and co-owner of elements in New Jersey which he opened with Stephen Distler in October of 2008. He refers to his cooking style as “Interpretive American Cuisine” because he likes to remain open to inspiration and often goes with the moment. This means that a dish won’t necessarily look the same twice yet he remains true to the essence of the ingredients involved.
