An event honoring Hollywood elites and gospel enthusiasts alike is here to amaze all.
The 2nd annual ‘Gospel Goes to Hollywood’ Awards Luncheon will be held on Friday, February 22, 2013 from 12:00pm to 2:00pm at the Taglyan Arts and Cultural Complex in Hollywood, CA. Guests will enter on the red carpet starting at 11:00am and will definitely be dressed to impress.
Hosted by Actress Wendy Raquel Robinson and Award-Winning recording artist and Minister Donnie McClurkin, this year’s luncheon will surely not disappoint.
This incredible event will recognize well known individuals with wonderful awards. Actress Marla Gibbs will be presented with the Living Legend Award and The Faith and Endurance award will be presented to actress, singer, and activist Sheryl Lee Ralph and Sony Pictures executive DeVon Franklin.
All in attendance will also enjoy very special performances from multi-award-winning recording artists Mary Mary, recording artist Ami Rushes and Christian pop artist J. Kingdom.
Among showcasing amazing talent and recognizing extraordinary people, this event is also a fundraiser.
A portion of the proceeds raised will go towards the fight against domestic violence and help in the assisting of battered women and their children, through the Helpppp Foundation. A donation will also be given to Haven Hills, Inc. for battered women.
All proceeds for this event will benefit the Helllpppp agency and the MAD organization.
