The season 5 “The Good Wife” finale airs Sunday night on CBS and fans are bracing themselves for what lies ahead. Will the show throw more shockers at them like what they got with Will Gardner's death? Is the show returning for season 6? On Friday the show's Facebook page shared a few “The Good Wife” spoilers about episode 5x22 and it sounds like an enticing episode.

Episode 5x22 is titled “A Weird Year,” which certainly seems like a fitting one. “The Good Wife” spoilers from the synopsis at TV Guide indicate that Cary and Alicia will be put in an interesting position when an open feed is left on from a competing firm after a teleconferenced deposition. As a result, the two learn there is a threat to their firm that they never anticipated, and time is of the essence. What will they do with the information they learn?

In addition, Louis Canning is angling for a bigger role at Lockhart/Gardner. It's time for Zach's graduation party, and Alicia leaves the planning to Veronica and Jackie. It's always entertaining to see these two together, and planning a party together should be a hoot to watch.

The preview and Facebook “The Good Wife” spoilers indicate “loyalty will be tested, lines will be crossed, lasagna will be served." From the sounds of things, "A Weird Year" should be an enticing mix of intrigue, drama and laughs. The action gets off to a fast start in this one, as it will only take the first few minutes of episode 5x22 to learn what is threatening Cary and Alicia's firm.

Though there won't be anything quite as alarming as Will's death in this one, it seems, fans are still anxious to know there is a renewal rather than a cancellation in place for this CBS show. Luckily “The Good Wife” season 6 is indeed on the way with new episodes this fall. Where will the show head from here? Tune in to “The Good Wife” episode titled “A Weird Year” airing Sunday, May 18 to get an idea.
