The Good, The Bad & The Ugly: The Good.

Chase Thompson, a shift supervisor of Au Bon catering goes above and beyond his call of duty when the weather has hindering travelers from reaching their destinations. While some waited hours just to be told that their flight home was cancelled, Thompson steps up to the plate to make their day, just a little easier.

We've all been there, so excited to board the plane, sitting there so proud that you woke up at the crack of dawn, got ready, made it through security and are still half an hour early to mentally prepare yourself for the flight...only to find out that it's delayed...and then delayed again...and then again...and then to find out your flight is cancelled? That's a whole new level of frustration.

Thompson understands these frustrations and even though he didn't have the power to change these situations for these people, he did have the power to make these situations, just a little bit better. He gathered up bagels, sandwiches & coffee and set up to hand out free food and drinks to the people who were affected with a smile on his face. People were shocked at the uncanny friendliness that was so voluntarily offered by Thompson. "Why are you doing this?" stated an anonymous passer. "It's nice, it kind of eases the burden" stated another.

"I'm just here to make their day a little bit easier, get something in their stomach", stated Thompson.
