The fall television season can be brutal, especially when it comes to finding out which shows have been canceled. The ABC network generally pulls ahead with their shows, but this time it hasn’t worked out so well. “Lucky 7” was canceled after airing only two episodes because the ratings were terrible. According to a November 2 report by E! Online, ABC has made a few more decisions about new shows.
It looks like “Back in the Game” has been canceled, but the network will air the already taped episodes. “The Goldbergs” and “Trophy Wife” will continue throughout the first season, but no word on if they will go any further. “Super Fun Night” starring Rebel Wilson was given an opportunity to air four more shows, so this one is still up in the air.
ABC seems to have hit or miss luck this season, with a lot of misses. Hopefully by the time the 2014 fall season rolls around ABC will have everything together. For now fans can look forward to investing in “The Goldbergs” and “Trophy Wife,” at least for one season.
