The Gift of the Magi, Then and Now

The Hamner Theater in Nellysford, VA presents The Gift of the Magi, Then and Now by Peter Coy, on stage December 2 - 18, 2010 for 12 performances.

A re-working of O. Henry's classic story of generosity and selfless love, The Gift of the Magi, Then and Now is two tales of love, sacrifice and understanding, a poignant reminder of the spirit of Christmas giving for all ages.

Performances will be held December 2-12, 2010 at 7:30 PM Thursday-Saturday, and 2:00 PM Sunday, and December 15-18, 2010 at 7:30 PM, Wednesday-Friday. A final show will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, December 18, 2010.

The opening night performance (Thursday, December 2) will be followed by a free champagne reception with cast and crew. Free improv with the Hamner Improv Troupe (HIT) follows the show on Friday, December 10, 2010.

Admission is $10; $5 ages 10 and under; $25 for a family pass for 2 adults and children under 10. Reservations are recommended.
