When I awoke one morning last week, and turned on the water in the kitchen, nothing came out. No water. Nothing, nada, zero. My pipes underneath my kitchen had frozen. I couldn’t trace the pipes to warm them, because they ran right into a limestone wall with no opening or crawl space. I even laid hands on my pipes asking Holy Spirit to warm them up; and like Moses, speaking to the pipes (okay, they weren’t actually a rock) and commanding water to come forth. It wasn’t in God’s plan that day to honor this request. So I had to just wait it out, and ask the Creator what the lesson was in this.
