If there’s somethin’ strange in your neighborhood, who ya gonna call?

If it’s somethin’ weird an’ it don’t look good, who ya gonna call?

If you’re seein’ things runnin’ through your head, who ya gonna call?

Ghostbusters? With all due respect to the movie and recording artist Ray Parker, Jr., you might want to take matters into your own hands.

Opening in the historic city of Burlington, New Jersey is your one-stop shop for “everything ghost hunting, paranormal and spiritual.” The Ghost Hunter Store is the brainchild of Dave and Michelle Juliano. Dave has been a researcher in the field of paranormal investigation for 25 years and is credited with creating the first paranormal website on the Internet in 1994. He is also the director of South Jersey Ghost Research which has been helping people with problem hauntings for years.

As they say about real estate, it is all about location, location and location. The Ghost Store located at 112 W. Broad Street is just a few blocks from many happy haunts including the Burlington County Prison Museum and many other haunted buildings in town. The store also features a ghost walk every Friday the 13th based on Juliano’s spooky investigations and research.

Whether you are looking for a camera to capture the image of your friendly ghost or seeking to build an elaborate ghost hunting kit, the store has everything from night vision goggles and spectral detectors, to EMF Ghost Meters with audible and visual alarms. If you are looking to ward off Casper and his friends, the store also supplies a number of religious articles including Holy Water to sprinkle around the house.

Juliano, who has appeared on a number of radio and television programs as a guest on the paranormal, says he has witnessed first hand a haunting at his home. He says that from the age of three until the day his family moved out of the house 26 years later, he experienced a wide variety of paranormal activity. This led him to get fully involved with the netherworld first as the director of South Jersey Ghost Research and the webmaster of The Shadowlands. He still investigates and helps people who report negative energy in their homes or businesses. He is the author of “Positive Energy for Haunted Homes,” “Ghost Research 101: Investigating Haunted Homes,” “Amor of God,” and “GhostHunting”
