The Gaslight Anthem announce new album title, release date

New Jersey rock band The Gaslight Anthem has announced via social media the name, album art, and release date for their newest album.

"Get Hurt" will be the band's fifth studio album to date. The album will hit online and physical stores on August 19 of this year. Island Records is the record label behind this release.

Currently, "Get Hurt" is available for pre-order via the official Gaslight Anthem website. Options include vinyl, the standard album, the deluxe album, and a website exclusive double picture disc with a poster signed by the band. Pre-ordering the album via the above website will give fans early access for buying tickets of the band's upcoming 2014/2015 tour.

The album was recorded in Nashville. It has already been said that the album will sound much differently than Gaslight Anthem's previous efforts.
