Summary: Carroll argues that he should be moved to another prison. Emma and Joey meet one of Roderick’s men.
The show opens with Emma and Joey arriving at a warehouse. She tells Joey that she has to meet with a friend before they can leave. A man shows up and he says his name is Bo. Joey asks to use the bathroom. While going, he hears a noise. He goes to investigate a woman grabs his arm and asks him to help her. Joey runs away.
Carroll and Olivia is showing the warden the video of how Ryan broke his fingers. Carroll talks to the warden about transferring to a new jail.
Debra ask Claire about the man who took her. Ryan comes in and gives her tea. She brings up Roderick and Ryan remembers Emma talking about him. Debra asks Claire to contact them if Carroll contacts her. Claire tells Ryan to find the man who took her because he knows where Joey is.
Emma asks Bo about Charlie, he doesn’t answer. Joey comes back from the bathroom. Emma sees that he’s scared. He tells her about the girl. Bo overhears them and gets mad. Emma confronts him about the cage. He tells her it’s none of her business.
Warden tells Debra that Carroll is transferring. Ryan comes in and Debra gives him the bad news saying that he’s leaving now.
Carroll is getting chained up, ready to get transported. Mike comes in and asks for alone time. Ryan steps in and Mike leaves. He asks Carroll why he’s being transferred to Georgia and then he asks about Roderick and Carroll changes the subject to Claire.
Ryan/Debra talk about the transfer. She says she’s watching over the transfer.
Ryan meets up with Mike. He asks Mike to look up the Warden.
Joey is watching Bo work on the cars. Emma asks him as he knows Roderick. Joey grabs the key and goes to the girl. She says her name is Dana. Emma talks to Bo about Carroll. He says he knows him but not part of the plot. They notice Joey is missing. He unlocks her but he can’t go with her. Bo comes in and sees that Dana is gone. Joey runs from behind the cage and runs away. Bo chases after him. Bo finds him under the car. Emma comes out and pulls a gun on him. While distracted, Bo hits her and she drops the gun. Charlie comes in with Dana and asks what’s going on.
Carroll is being transported and Ryan goes to watch him leave into the truck. His phone starts to ring, it’s Debra telling him everything is set. The truck leaves the prison.
Ryan meets with Mike. He says he found out that he has a daughter in college. Ryan/Mike meet with Warden. He asks her about his daughter Dana and that she’s been missing for two days. He says he doesn’t know anything.
Charlie meets with Emma. He says that they are just using him. He says that Dana is their leverage to make sure they get to home safely. He asks about Paul and Jacob. She doesn’t answer.
Mike looks at surveillance footage with Ryan. Then they look at the same video from when he left. They find an edit. They learn that the Warden took the rest of the day off.
Ryan calls Debra and tells her that Carroll is not in the truck. She asks them to check on the prisoner.
Ryan/Mike park their car in front of Warden’s car they ask what he did. The truck is empty with Debra and the trunk is empty with Warden.
Olivia pulls up to a warehouse. She opens her trunk and Joe gets out.
Mike/Ryan question Warden. Warden tells them what he did.
They track Olivia’s phone and she’s in Richmond, VA.
Olivia is driving Joe (wearing a suit now) and they talk.
Joey talks to Charlie. He tells him how Claire was supposed to be with him, but that he screwed up. Charlie promises Joey that Dana will be ok.
Joe says there is one more thing she needs to do for Carroll. To call Ryan. She does. She says to tell him that Joe is killing her and it’s all Ryan’s fault. Joe kills Olivia while on the phone.
Joe walks into a building. He looks at a man on a higher level.
Ryan/Mike show up at Olivia’s car. They go into the building that Joe went into. They start looking for him. Joe is meeting with a man named David. Ryan sees him and they set off an alarm. David escorts Carroll out. While going to the garage a guard spots them and a woman walks by and knifes the guard. She introduces herself as Louise. Ryan finds the guard and sees the elevator going down. When going to take the stairs, David slams the door on his arm and Ryan drops the gun. David grabs the gun and runs upstairs. Ryan goes after him. Ryan beats him up as Joe comes down the stairs with the gun. He says he can’t kill Ryan now because it’s ‘uneventful’. Louise comes down and says they should leave. Joe says there’s more to come. David stays with Ryan until Joe’s gone. Ryan wrestles the gun from David and shoots him in the leg before going after Louise and Carroll. By the time he gets on room they are in helicopter and they get away.
Charlie tells them that they are clear to leave. Emma asks about Bo and Dana. Charlie goes to Bo and asks to speak to him in private.
Debra updates Ryan/Mike. Ryan says to start with David, now. He says they have to start doing things differently in order to stop Joe. Ryan gets alone with David. He puts on rubber gloves while he asks about Joey. Ryan presses down on the injury.
FBI go to the garage that Emma/Joey/Bo/Charlie were at. They find Bo dead shot in the head and Dana alive in a cage. She says Joey went with them.
Claire is packing a bag when Ryan comes in. He says that she’s going to protective custody. She is angry with the custody.
Carroll/Louise arrive at a house. A group of people leave the house. Joe steps out of the car and heads towards the house towards the group. Charlie/Emma/Joey are already there. Emma goes to Joe and she hugs him. Carroll sees Joey. Carroll goes to Joey.
What we learned/new notes
-Joe is now free from jail so it’s safe to say that all Hell is going to be breaking loose.
-I still believe that there has to be a mole in the FBI, but it’s not really clear who it could be yet.
-Will Charlie be punished for letting Claire escape from his grasp?
-What is Louise’s and David’s role in the group? It appears that they have some pull, they would have to be someone that Joe would trust to bring him to the house. Could one of them being Roderick?
