In an effort to eat healthier, you decide to gravitate towards the seafood department of the grocery store. As you scan the fillets of salmon, tuna, halibut and cod, you notice the prices are not within your budget. After examining the extremely expensive scallops, you notice a little, white fillet of fish in the corner. Tilapia. Priced within your budget, you feel as though you have found "gold" in the seafood section and decide to buy in bulk. After all, fish is healthy, right?
Unfortunately that purchase was a huge mistake as this fish, typically sold as farm-raised, has a plethora of problems associated with it.
