Time to tidy around the house, throw out extraneous stuff in the garage, and clean out your body because the first day of spring has arrived! Spring is not only about cleaning the exterior, but can be a time to think about the most important thing, your health (if you haven't done so already).
Learn how to clean your body from the inside out with these four spring cleaning tips from BluePrint's Nutritionist's Julie Ruelle:
