This month will conclude with the final recital in the Dynamite Guitars 2013–2014 season of concerts presented by the Omni Foundation for the Performing Arts. This program will be a double bill featuring two European artists. Russian Grisha Goryachev has established himself as a master of the flamenco style; but he also excels in the classical repertoire of solos, chamber music, and concertos. He will be followed by the Belgian classical guitarist Jerome Mouffe, who also combines the solo and chamber music repertoires. Mouffe holds a doctoral degree from the New England Conservatory of Music.
This recital will begin at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, April 25, at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church, located at 1111 O’Farrell Street, just west of the corner of Franklin Street. General admission will be $36. Tickets may be purchased online through an event page on the Vendini Web site. The Omni Guitar Concerts Web site also has an event page with further information about both artists, along with a hyperlink to facilitate the purchase of tickets.
