Cleveland fans of wine, craft beers, cocktails and fine food have the opportunity to experience a fun and tasty Friday evening jaunt when they participate in Ohio wine country's Field to Fork Brews & Spirits Progressive Dinner taking place on Friday, April 11 at two different wineries and a distillery in the region. Both participating wineries and the distillery are approximately one hour from Cleveland.

Field to Fork Progressive Dinner Taking place at Grand River Cellars in Madison, Debonne Vineyards in Madison and the Red Eagle Distillery in Geneva, this Spring event gives guests the chance to enjoy fine wine, craft beers, a cocktail and delicious cuisine as they travel on the "drive yourself" tour from winery to winery to the distillery.

Guests will start the evening at Grand River Cellars at 6:30 p.m. where they will enjoy appetizers and wines chosen by the wine maker. Menu items include grilled cheese petite sandwiches made with local apples, brie and maple mustard followed with a salad of local greens with sliced apples, candied walnuts and blue cheese crumbles.

The main course of the Field to Fork Progressive Dinner will take place at Debonne Vineyards where guests will be served roasted pork tenderloin with fresh rosemary, an onion and apple chutney served with Monterey Jack cheese mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables paired with craft beers from Debonne's own Cellar Rats Brewery.

Dessert (from Gartman Bakery) will be served at the Red Eagle Distillery, an unique distillery housed in an actual barn. The dessert course will also include a bourbon cocktail.

Other businesses contributing menu items to the Progressive Dinner include Cold Springs Orchard in Rock Creek, Bissell Maple Farm in Rock Creek, Happy Greens in Kingsville, New Creations Farms in Chardon, Ohio Heritage Farm in Saybrook, Rainbow Farms in Madison and the Middlefield Cheese Co-op.

Cost of the Field to Fork Brews & Spirits Progressive Dinner is $49.50 per person. The cost includes all food, all wine, beer and the cocktail along with the tax. Reservations are required. Seating is limited.
