According to the horror news website MoreHorror, the poster was released today and the anticipation is high for what hopes to be a great found footage horror anthology in the vain of V/H/S.

The design was crafted by the graphic design studio Mental Shed, who recently designed another upcoming film poster for the horror movie SQUEAL: Blood Harvest (written and produced by local Monterey, CA resident Seth Metoyer).

About The Fear Project
The Fear Project will feature four tales of terror from directors Alex Deck, Owen Mulligan of DeadFi, Dion Cavallaro and Paul Thomas of Freeze Frame Films (The Eidolon State), Douglas A. Plomitallo of ScaredStiffTV, and Kenny Collins of Enter Viral Media.

The horror anthology is approximately 40% complete and once finished will be looking for distribution. The Fear Project is a Canadian/American/Australian found footage horror anthology in the vein of V/H/S. It aims to take the idea started by the geniuses behind that film and turn it on its head, presenting gripping psychological horror tales which have a strong contrast to the gory, often overtly violent tones of V/H/S.

After their friend becomes the latest victim in a chain of throat slashing murders, two young men go to the scene of the crime to investigate. While there, they discover a room lined wall-to-wall with old television sets and a plethora of terrifying videos, each containing a piece of the puzzle. What they ultimately discover will change their lives forever.

The film is set to release in 2015.
