First, sugar the rims of the Martini glasses by slicing an orange and running it around the rim of the glasses, then dip in a plate of sugar-adding a slice of the orange onto the rim.
In a Martin Shaker add:
1 Part Orange Juice
1 Part Cranberry Juice
1 Part Lemon Seltzer (Use a can of Lemon Squirt-it will do nicely!)
1 Part Sake
A Splash of Sweet Vermouth
Shake contents in Martin shaker (be careful or it will pop the top off!) and pour over iced, sugar rimmed Martini glasses for that perfect not-too-heavy cocktail!
