Are you desperate for exercise or movement activities that you can participate in with your baby? Are your toddlers desperate for out-of-home activities that will allow them to play with anyone but you or their siblings? If yes, I encourage you to check out some of these local classes taking place at The Family Tree located at 3817 Ingersoll Ave., Des Moines, IA 50312.
Baby and Me Yoga Class: The cost for the Baby and Me Yoga Classes are $15 per visit; $60 for 5 classes; or $110 for 10 classes (all which must be used within 4 months). All you need is your baby, a blanket, and a smile. There is no need for previous yoga experience. Just have FUN!
Toddler Movement: The cost for Toddler Movement (ages 2 to 5) is $10 per visit, or $50 for 5 classes (the sixth class is FREE). Your toddler will sing, dance, workout, and learn some yoga moves for 45 minutes. Younger siblings are also welcome!
MOMS - they also offer a variety of massages!
