Atheist billionaire and Democratic Party operative George Soros has his hand in dozens of various organizations that have one common objective--promoting a Leftist/Marxist view of the role of government and attempting to dismantle capitalism by a systematic program of attack. The groups funded by Soros offer a false hope, that government can be all things to all people. As Europe has discovered after decades of experimenting with a neo-Marxist view of the role of government, such a government cannot deliver on what it promises and will eventually collapse under its own weight. Someone has to actually create wealth. Government cannot do so. Government thrives only from the money it confiscates from taxpayers. But even that money begins to dry up once those who create wealth are squeezed to death by a socialist system. Europe is now experiencing that very thing.
Nonetheless, some within the United States clearly wish to do what Europe has been doing for the past 50 years or more. They want to usher in the same sort of neo-Marxism Europe has endured and hasten the demise of capitalism, all while failing to inform the public that the programs they propose have been tried in Europe and have failed.
At the heart of the Marxist push is George Soros and his Leftwing network. This network seeks to advance the false hope that government can provide healthcare, retirement, disability, welfare, and even goods and services that private enterprise currently provides--all at a lower cost. But the dirty little truth is that the pricetag for such programs squeeze the taxpayers to the point of an unbearable burden, not to mention that the creators of wealth abandon ship and look for greener pastures outside the country.
Presently, the adherents to such false hope are pushing their ideology with a vengeance. The attack dogs have been sent out to disparage conservatives, the Tea Party, Christians, or anyone else who opposes their lies. They will even threaten to kill opponents such as Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker, simply because he gets in their way.
It is no accident that labor unions are at the heart of the attacks, given that the movement sprang out of Marxism. The labor union movement was born and bred in Communism, and thus, atheists who believe in a large centralized government that takes care of people from the cradle to the grave find much in common with unions. So does George Soros.
But the unions are not the only source of the Soros influence. As you will see below, his money and power are spread far and wide to organizations that sound good on the surface but that have a dangerous, insidious mission--to destroy what has come to be known as 'the American way of life.'

The Tides Foundation--a major funding source for the radical Left.
Center for American Progress--home to self-avowed Marxists such as Van Jones, who was forced to resign from the White House staff due to his radical, anti-American views.
Media Matters--a Leftwing hit group that attacks conservatives in various news outlets, particularly on the Internet.
Green for All--started in 2007 by Obama's Marxist czar Van Jones to advance a government-funded 'green industry' while working toward the demise of the oil industry and other capitalisitc ventures.
American Immigration Council--formerly American Immigration Law Foundation--funded by Soros to promote amnesty for illegal aliens.
American Federation of Teachers--established to advance Leftwing causes in education.
Think Progress--established to promote the progressive agenda, attack so-called 'right wing groups and ideas,' and bolster the far-Leftwing of the Democratic Party.
These groups are but a small sampling of the network--a network that forms only the tip of the iceberg. As this report at Discover the Networks shows, the Soros tentacles spread to many other groups that are funded indirectly through the billionaire's many avenues of revenue.
It should be noted that Soros' central brain-trust is called 'Open Society'--a misleading name, given that what he is advocating is anything but open. These groups are at their very essence anti-democratic in that they advance an ideology that is anti-freedom. The individual is always subservient to the collective, and thus, the Constitution is null and void. Let the citizens beware.
