On Wednesday night’s episode of “The Face” the teams were given the task of creating a 30 second commercial for Alex and Ani that produces accessories that inspire peace, love and positive energy created by the designer Carolyn Rafaelian.

The core of the commercial had to include what the accessories are about and their designer, first off, Team Lydia struggled through 15 minutes of takes until they finally accomplished the task, then Team Naomi, and this was a disaster down to the final seconds with Afiya not getting the designer’s name right, then Team Anne, which did a good job with the least amount of problems.

Then it was time for Giovanni Feroce CEO for Alex and Ani, to chose a winning team and campaign that will be presented on the companies’ website. And from the outset of the critique he pointed out that Naomi’s team was 1 of the losing teams just because of the designer’s name not being pronounced correctly, so it was between Team Lydia and Team Anne, and at the end Team Anne won.

The losing teams had to chose 1 model to send up for elimination, Lydia sent Allison, who indeed was unable to block out everything going on around her during the shoot, but Naomi, rather than sending Afiya who had lost the campaign for the team instead chose Alana, and after much consideration Anne V. sent Alana home.

“The Face” runs on Wednesday at 10 p.m. EDT on Oxygen.
