Oxygen's newest reality show, "The Face" saw its premiere episode on Tue., Feb. 12. The show is hosted by photographer Nigel Barker, who was a judge for many years on "America's Next Top Model." The show takes three supermodel coaches; Naomi Campbell, Karolina Kurkova and Coco Rocha, and has them pick teams of four girls a piece. They give their advice to their girls, who are fighting to be the face of Ulta Beauty. One girl was eliminated last week, from Naomi Campbell's team. Who will go home this week? Read on to find out.

We start the episode with the individual teams talking together in their team rooms in the model loft. Naomi's team is upset at having lost a member of their team last week, and friction is strong between Sandra and Jocelyn, who just don't see eye to eye on anything. In Karolina's team room, Ebony and Kristy are talking about the elimination, and Kristy tells Ebony that she doesn't think that Stephanie, who was saved from elimination last week, is even a model. She seems to think that Stephanie is really in need of toning her body. (Huh? I don't see what she's talking about.)

Soon, the girls head out to meet Nigel Barker, who tells the girl it's time for this week's Test Shoot Challenge. This is a non-elimination challenge that will test the girl's model skills, and a prize is involved. This week's topic is "Strike a Pose." As we learned last week, the Test Shoot Challenges will be judged by one of the three mentors. Last week it was Naomi, and this week it is Coco, who is well known for her posing ability.

The girls will have to strike as many poses possible in one minute wearing either sunglasses, or optical frames from the latest collection of Vogue Eyewear. He tells them that Coco has done up to 160 poses per minute, which is incredible. She gives them a demonstration, and she is indeed amazing. The winning girl will be the model who has the most usable photos, and she will have her photo appear on the Vogue Eyewear website

One by one the girls go up and pose, and many of them do really well. However, when it comes time for Sandra (Miss Argumentative) to pose, she acts like she thinks every pose she is going to do will be perfect, but when she starts actually posing, it's dreadful, with her hair in her face most of the time, or caught in the sunglasses. The girls in the bottom three are Jocelyn, ZiLyn and Sandra… all from Naomi's team. The top three girls are Margaux, Brittany, and the winner, with 75 usable photos is Madeleine.

Back at the model loft, Sandra is once again going off, complaining that Team Naomi is in the bottom, and why can't she be on a team with people that know what they're doing. Jocelyn reminds her it's not a team challenge, and tomorrow, when it is a team challenge, they're all going to bring their A Game. Sandra is just continually complaining. As much as I dislike Jocelyn, I don't think she is instigating anything. Sandra just keeps at it over and over until Jocelyn and ZiLyn just leave the room to get away from her complaining.

Later on, Naomi shows up at the house to talk to Sandra. She tells her that she has to have thicker skin, and not to let others get to her. She says that in the modeling business, people will look for your weaknesses, and exploit them. Sandra calms down, and Naomi tells her that she expects her team to get it together and do a good job in the upcoming challenge.

The next day, Nigel meets with the girls, telling them about their elimination challenge. They'll be shooting a 15 second TV commercial for international lingerie brand, Cosabella. They'll need to choose from conservative, sweet and sexy, and act that part in their video.

The winner of the challenge will have a "Never Say Never" lingerie set named after them. Wow! They will be for sale at Cosabella.com and in the flagship store. Just as last week, there will be one winning team, and two losing teams. The winning team's coach will pick who goes home from the losing team.

The girls head off to their respective rooms, and check out the lingerie that is available for the shoot, and then decide who will be sexy, conservative and sweet. Of course, Team Coco and Team Karolina's girls have no problems deciding who will do what, but Team Naomi… not so much. Both Sandra and Jocelyn want to be sexy, and they start another loud argument. The girls on the other teams can hear them through the walls, and they can't believe how they're acting.

Soon, the three coaches show up to see how their teams are doing. Karolina meets with her team, and she is confident that her team should be the winner of this, as she has posed for Victoria's Secret lingerie. She gives them some tips about not overdoing it in their commercial. Less is more is her suggestion, and she tries to talk to her team over the yelling from the other room, where Naomi's team is fighting.

ZiLin tries to get Sandra and Jocelyn to stop arguing, saying they need to practice together, and this fighting is taking up all their practice time.

Coco meets with her team, telling them that you are speaking to women who want to be powerful and sexy and flirty. Marlee is worried about the challenge. She's the only one on Team Coco who has no experience with either acting or commercials.

Back in Team Naomi's room, Naomi shows up to talk to her girls, and she again sees Sandra having an argument. Sandra tells her that it's all Jocelyn's fault, but Naomi is having none of it. She tells her to be professional, and work as a team so they can win the challenge.

Finally, it's time for the commercial. The girls meet with Nigel, who introduces them to Cosabella's VP of Branding, Guido Campello, and the director, Brian O'Carroll. Guido tells the girls they are looking for a girl who displays confidence. Each team has to have someone convey the roles of sweet, sexy and conservative. They'll be judged individually, and as a group. Then the winning coach will pick who goes home, based on who the losing coaches send up for elimination.

Karolina's team goes first. Kristy is upset that her team picked her for the conservative role, so she decides to sex it up a bit, and this throws off her team, who now have to regroup and make sure the conservative role is shown. Ebony decides to pose more conservatively, so that all three roles are shown. Somehow, this doesn't look like it's going to be the winning commercial.

Coco's team is next. The girls all enter the commercial area and are directed as to what to do by Coco. Everyone has their parts, and they stay in them for the full time. Somehow, this commercial doesn't seem all that exciting either. How will Naomi's team mesh?

Finally, it's time for Naomi's team to shoot. Naomi decides who will play sexy and who will play sweet. Sandra will play sweet, and Jocelyn will play sexy, with ZiLin playing the conservative role. Naomi directs the girls on what to do, and has to keep reminding Sandra that she isn't sexy, she is supposed to portray sweet. Soon, Naomi gets an idea to have the girls have a pillow fight. Great idea. The scene is magical, and maybe they will end up on top after all.

It's time for the judging. Guido watches all three commercials, along with the three coaches and Nigel. He thinks all three are good, but Naomi's team was his choice.

Nigel enters the room where the girls are waiting for the news of who won the challenge, and tells them Guido chose Naomi's team as the winning commercial. They are ecstatic.

The two losing teams meet with their respective coaches, and Coco sadly chooses Stephanie as the weakest member, and the one she will send to elimination. Karolina meets with her girls and decides that Christy is the one she will send to elimination.

The two girls enter the elimination room, where they meet Naomi. She looks over the girl's portfolios. When the girls enter, Naomi asks Stephanie how she feels being in the elimination room again this week. She tells her that she knows she didn't do as well as the other girls, but that she is here to fight, and she really wants to be here. When Naomi asks Christy why she deserves to be here over Stephanie, she finds it hard to find words. Naomi reminds her that speaking is a big part of modeling. As Naomi continues to question the girls, again Stephanie speaks up for herself, while Christy is tongue-tied. Naomi feels that maybe she lacks passion, and in the end, that is what leads her to send Christy home.

Cutting back to the room where the teams wait to find out who is eliminated, we see Stephanie enter the room, where she hugs Coco and her fellow team members. Karolina muses that she doesn't know if Naomi sent one of her girls home because she sent one of Naomi's girls home last week. When Naomi enters the room, Coco thanks her, and Naomi says that she did it for the right reason.

Next week, the girls will have to walk a difficult runway in a large bridal gown, and two girls will go home. Tune in on Feb. 26, at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT on Oxygen to watch all the drama.
