Nominees, TV stars and other guests arrived at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles Sunday night to celebrate the best in television and showcase the best in fashion. After carefully combing through the haves and the have nots (in this case, style) we observed the best dressed overall for the night and they include; Taylor Schilling who kept it simple yet stunning in a white halter gown. Kerry Washington who chose an embellished off-white gown by Marchesa.
The list doesn't end there. Seeing a number of best dressed styles ranging from the burgundy corset dress worn by Kaley Cuoco to the svelte pink minimalist dress worn by Rose Byrne, the coveted number one spot for best dressed of the night goes to: Julie Bowen.
Julie Bowen's blushing Zac Posen number was a dress of Academy Award proportions and hard not to miss on the red carpet. Bowen looked absolutely stunning in her mermaid cut dress. Speaking of mermaid cut dresses there were a few stars spotted with the mermaid look, including Sofia Vegara with a fiery red Vera Wang dress. Other spotted trends for the night included; dresses with embellishments, the colors green, blue and pink, and for hair soft and wavy curls was the way to go. Without further ado here is a list of the 65th Primetime Emmy Awards best dressed
