The Embassy Suites Baltimore Downtown recently reopened in June after extensive renovations. The Embassy Suites Baltimore Downtown features the award winning Grand Historic Venue which features "45,000 square feet of meeting space and pre-function space with 19 banquet rooms across five floors." In July, the official grand reopening was done with a 007 Bond themed event. When guests arrived at the beautiful hotel, they could take advantage of complementary valet parking. Next, guests were met at the door and instructed to get their mission for the night which was in a passport. Guests went to different floors of the hotel with rooms renamed after James Bond movies and other things associated with the secret spy.
After getting their mission, guests were able to eat and drink some appetizers. Guests could also take advantage of the complementary hotel tours. Guests were able to take a picture with James Bond using props and of course a smile. Guests were able to feast on delicious food and drink in the Diamonds are Forever, Her Majesty's Secret Service, Thunderball and Octopussy Lounges. This was a great time to network and talk to other people who were apart of this secret mission. The night ended with gambling or spectating in the Casino Royale or dancing the night away in the Disco Volante. The night was unforgettable and a blast.
