Bethesda announced today that the Hearthfire DLC for “The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim” is now available to download on the Playstation Network. This gives PS3 owners access to the DLC that released months ago on Xbox Live. There was a period that many believed that the Playstation 3 wouldn’t be receiving any of the DLC add-ons for “The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim” due to development issues Bethesda ran into on Sony’s console. Last week, “Skyrim’s” Dragonborn DLC hit the Playstation Network and today PSN is getting the home-building DLC, Hearthfire. Furthermore, The DLC add-on will be 50% off on PSN during its first week of release.
“The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim” is out now for the Playstation 3, Xbox 360, and PC. The game’s three DLC add-ons are now available on the Xbox 360 and PC version of the game, with the PS3 set to have them all by month’s end with Hearthfire becoming available today.
