The long-awaited "Elder Scrolls: Skyrim" expansion "Dragonborn" releases today on Feb. 12, 2013, for the PS3 offering tons of extra content. Featured in the package are a new main storyline that spans between 10-30 hours along with brand new quests, locations and abilities.
The story starts off focusing on the player being hunted by a group of cultists who have been incessantly searching for Dovahkiin, or "Dragonborn". As the attackers are disposed of, the player immediately is wrapped in a web of mystery surrounding the Cultists of Miraak. After some minor detective work, a new island location called Solstheim reveals itself to be the base of operations for the cult. The main quest leads there to find out just who is sending these cultists and what the player ultimately finds out turns everything surrounding the myths of "Dragonborn" upside-down.
During launch week, "Dragonborn" will be available for half-off the $20 retail price. Two more expansions to "Skyrim" will be available this month. The first will be "Hearthfire" that is scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2013. The second is "Dawnguard" which is to be released Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2013.
