Starting today, July 28th, you can sink your teeth into Bourbon Steak’s Early Bird dinner menu from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Beat the rush and enjoy a delectable three-course tasting menu on the earlier side for only $45 per person. Between bites of wood-grilled lamb meatballs, braised pork belly, and vanilla custard, we have a feeling you’ll be converted to early-eating.

First course (choose one):

Wood-Grilled Lamb Meatballs with fingerling potato, broccoli rabe, roasted eggplant, and romesco
Burrata with speck ham, heirloom tomato, and chicory
Brentwood Corn Velouté with grilled prawn, padrón chili, and cilantro

Second Course (choose one):

Brandt Farms Bavette Steak with whipped potato purée, horseradish & parsley salad
Braised Pork Belly with miso butterscotch, charred spring onion, lacinato kale, and white grits
Jidori Chicken Breast with blue bird faro, grilled pluot, lavender, star anise jus

Vanilla Custard with marcona streusel
