The doggie splash season starts off in Mesquite this year with their Doggie Splash Day on August 11. It all takes place at Vanston Pool at 2913 Oates Drive in Mesquite. It starts at 9 am and goes until 1 pm. Owners are free and dogs are $5 each. Proof of rabies vaccination is required for all dogs.

Dog-A-Poolooza at Holford Park Pool, 2322 Homestead Place, Garland, Texas, Saturday August 18th from 8 am to 1 pm, $5 per dog and $1 for owners.

Pooch Plunge at Wet Zone Waterpark, 5305 Main Street, Rowlett, Texas: Sunday August 19 from 4 pm to 7 pm, $5 per dog and free for owners.

Doggy Swim Day at Rockwall Municipal Pool, 815 Washington Street, Rockwall, Texas: Saturday, September 8th from 10 am to 2 pm, $5 per dog and free for owners.

More are coming in September as the big waterparks shut down for the summer. Get your dogs ready!
