It's been a while since we've heard from our friends at Iconic Media Productions, but it seems that they're still remaining busy!
Producer Matt Nicholas (The Preacher's Son) and television producer Joyce Fitzpatrick (Animal Control) are teaming up for the upcoming comedy The Dog Daze of Harry Sumpter, which will be a joint venture between Iconic Media and Flatcat Productions.
The film, which will be produced on a $30 million budget, will revolve around the titular character, whose hatred for cats and dogs takes a karmic turn when Harry finds himself spontaneously transformed into man's best friend.
Iconic Media's CEO Judi Bell will also serve as a producer on the film, which looks to go into production in 2014's first quarter, aiming for a release date sometime in 2015. Fitzpatrick will be making her directorial debut from a script written by her and co-producer Nicholas. Distribution is currently being shopped around.
At this time, no casting has been announced.
