Listen up ladies! Here's a fun task you are sure to love. As you know, one of the most popular resolutions of each new year is starting and sticking to a diet and/or exercise plan. If this happens to be one of your resolutions here's a low calorie recipe that will be one you look forward to trying. However, if your resolutions had nothing to do with those mean diets then this yummy cocktail recipe will simply be one you can drink again and again, guilt free!

Bethenny created the popular Skinnygirl Margarita and this new martini recipe is sure to receive an equally excellent review.
The Lychee Martini
In a shaker, combine 2 ounces of your favorite premium vodka, 1 ounce lychee juice (grab a can of lychees at your local grocery or Asian grocery), and 1 ounce club soda. Just shake it up, strain into a chilled martini glass and add a lychee or two for garnish.
This fabulous martini is only 156 calories. Yes this sounds like a ton for a single cocktail but when you consider that your traditional martini is 318 calories! -- You'll never want to drink anything else! (Unless, of course, you want to go for the zero calorie, not as yummy, vodka soda.)
Whether sticking to your plan or throwing it to the wind the Lychee Martini should be put on your to-try list this weekend. You can live it up without downing major calories -- Enjoy!
