“I think I’m most looking forward to just getting to play and interact with other good local musicians,” said Orlando based singer/songwriter Ben Cook. “There’s something unique about the solidarity between musicians, so I always enjoy it.”

The FREE Second Saturday’s showcases are sponsored by Orlandobands.com, Chris Godkin Century 21, Evermore Sound, Inearz Audio, Spawn Guitars, REJUVEN-INK, Connecticut School of Broadcast, The Orlando Local music Examiner, Roses Damned Opinion, Q Entertainment Law and Soul of Da’ City. “My impression of Orlandobands has been very positive,” said Cook. “They do a lot of good work, and a lot of hard work for the local music scene. I know most involved do it as volunteers, and it doesn’t go unappreciated.”

Music fans are encouraged to RSVP ahead of time on the Orlandobands.com web site.

The West End Trading Company is located at 202 South Sanford Ave. in Sanford. This event is FREE for all ages and food and drink specials. The doors open at 7 p.m.
