Meeting up with friends who are moving to Santa Fe, New Mexico, we needed a place to have brunch together. Our friend did some research and discovered The Daily Dish in Silver Spring, MD. It was terrific with traditional items such as eggs benedict florentine, for instance. Friends had frittatas, omelets, other varieties of eggs benedict as there are many choices.
The restaurant design is modern and upbeat. Enhancing the atmosphere is a nicely hung art space.
According to co-owner Zina Polin, exhibits change every two months. She also said that art sells in her space.
The current show is paintings by Jim Ritter.

Jim has also painted the mural on the banquette at the Daily Dish (that is pictured above) and the restroom and office doors. We love his work! For more information, click on: www.artbyjimritter.com”
It is great to discover a new venue for fellow Arlington Artist Alliance members too.
