CW has announced three series that will return for fall 2013. According to E! News on Feb. 11, the CW President Mark Pedowitz announced that “Arrow,” “The Vampire Diaries,” and “Supernatural” will all be returning to the CW.

Pedowitz believes that the new show “Arrow” and “Supernatural” are a big hit on Wednesday nights. He also added that “The Vampire Diaries” has continued to be a success on Thursday nights. Not only have the shows been successful on-air but they have also been successful digitally and socially.

“Arrow” has been posted as the network’s best series premier since 2009 and currently the most watched series with an average of 4.3 million viewers.

“The Vampire Diaries” is in its fourth season and is the networks highest rated series with adults between the ages of 18-34.
