The CW midseason 2014 schedule moves 'The Tomorrow People' and 'Hart of Dixie'

The CW announced its midseason schedule for 2014 on Thursday (Dec. 12), EW reports. The network has added the premiere dates for new series "Star-Crossed" and "The 100," while giving new time slots to "The Tomorrow People" and "Hart of Dixie."

The new lineup launches on Monday, Feb. 17 with the debut of alien/human romantic drama "Star-Crossed" replacing "Hart of Dixie" at 8/7 p.m. CT. "Beauty and the Beast" will continue to air at 9/8 p.m. CT until March 10, when it will go on a hiatus and return at a later date.

"The Tomorrow People" will take the time slot starting on Monday, March 17. The show's post-"Arrow" slot will go to the futuristic drama "The 100" starting on Wednesday, March 19.

"Whose Line Is It Anyway?" will return for a new cycle on Friday, March 21 with two back-to-back new episodes starting at 8/7 p.m. CT. "Hart of Dixie" will have its time period debut that same night at 9/8 p.m. CT.

"Whose Line," which was renewed for a new season in July after a successful summer run, will scale back to one new episode starting the following week, followed by encores at 8:30/7:30 p.m. CT. Repeats from last season will air on Fridays from Feb. 14 to March 14.

The rest of the network's schedule will remain the same, including the successful pairings of "The Originals" and "Supernatural" on Tuesdays, and "Vampire Diaries" leading into "Reign" on Thursdays.
