The Culture Cipher is currently the longest running monthly Hip-Hop event in Newark, New Jersey. Each 1st Thursday at The Lucky 7 Bar and Lounge (139 Park Avenue) top-of-the-food-chain MC’s, Producers, DJ’s, Graff Writers, Poets and Break Dancers join Bloggers, Graphic Artists, Videographers and Music Enthusiasts as the art form is displayed at it’s ultimate levels.
